In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999, 13th of December, of the Personal Data Protection Regulations and the Act 34/2002 of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the data provided on this form will be included in an automated file of personal data, owned by Step by Step Foundation, for the purpose of contributing to the recovery of those with spinal cord injuries. Likewise, with your data, the Foundation can carry out functions and social projects and products and services of entities, among other means, by ordinary and electronic mail. 

Step by Step Foundation, with registered address in Barcelona, Berga, 22, 3º 1ª, postal code 08012, guarantees the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of the provided data, which should be done by means of a written request. If for any reason, one wishes to revoke the right for any of the issues aforementioned, this may also be communicated by electronic mail to the email address info@fundacionsbs.org or at the telephone number (0034) 93.223.1663.
